Once consent has been issued the construction time is approximately 8-12 weeks.

Based in Taupo, we can transport your new home anywhere within the North Island. Restrictions only apply based on the size of the home and site access. If you live in, or around Taupo and have tricky site to access, we can build your transportable home right on-site. Contact us to discuss.

Once your home is on site you will require a Plumber/Drainlayer to install your drainage and connect your house to the water mains and an Electrician to connect the home to onsite power.

You will also need a builder to install baseboards around the base of your home to close the gap between the ground and the floor and build any onsite decks required.

Your local council may require a geotechnical report to identify the stability of your land and design of your piles accordingly.

Redline Homes are issued a Code of Compliance Certificate prior to leaving our yard.

An onsite Building Consent is also required from the local council in the region where the building will be located.

The site consent is used to show compliance in accordance with the local town plans and local building rules and regulations and will include the type of piles required, boundary setbacks, service connections and other relevant site conditions.

Yes, our Architect can manage the on-site Building Consent application for you, or you can engage your own Architect to complete the process.
